There are a few rules and guidelines to follow while bidding on artwork:
- Bidding is from September 1st – September 29th in area businesses, then artwork will be taken to the reception held at the Cambridge City park on September 30th for final bidding.
- There are no starting bids, however the minimum increment of bids are $5.00. Please keep checking back at artwork locations of the status of your bid.
- You must print your name along with a phone number on the bid sheet. Without a contact telephone number your bid will not be valid.
- During the time of the final bids which will be held during a closing reception, artwork must be paid in full and picked up at reception. (September 30th)
- You may purchase your item(s) by cash, check or credit card at the closing reception.
- If for some reason the highest bidder is not able to attend the closing reception, a representative from “Artists for Gulf Wildlife” will contact you via phone that evening to arrange payment and pick-up.
